The Site is intentionally minimal. We don't require an account. We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you give it to us directly (for example by emailing us, using a contact form, or signing up for Peak Agent AI separately at peakagentai.com).
We use basic analytics (page views, referrers, country-level location) to understand which playbooks and prompts are useful. We don't sell that data.
2. Cookies
The Site may set a small number of functional cookies (theme preference, saved checklists). We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
3. Children
The Site isn't directed at children under 13.
4. Your rights
If you're in the EU, UK, or California (or anywhere with a privacy law that gives you rights over your data), you can email hello@peakagentai.com to ask what we have, ask us to delete it, or opt out of any processing we do.
5. Third-party tools
When you click through to a tool we review, you're leaving our site and entering theirs. Their privacy policy governs from that point on.
